ask for permission to publish an event

We are interested in publish Jornadas de SIG Libre (​http://www.sigte.udg.edu/jornadassiglibre) at the OSGeo events page, but we've not permissions for that. So, if it's possible, we request the permissions to publish this information.

I changed your role to editor, can you try now to create and publish events. If things go well, close the issue, otherwise keep on commenting here.

I also gave you the role Project team which has the capability of changing roles to other users, Use it wisely:

author role for people that can write an event but can not publish (normally to people that very seldom do this task)

editor role for people that can write an event and can publish any event done by him or by an author (normally to people that are very active)
