postgrey-1.35 delays user postings by hours or even days

Description
I regularly notice significant delay in my postings to various osgeo-mailing lists of even more than 24 hours. That is of course quite inconvenient and inefficient for communication.
Checking the headers of a delayed mail, it seems that I am grey-listed at osgeo.
Is there a mechanism for whitelisting users?
Please find below an example from a header of a delayed email of mine:
Received: from lists.osgeo.org (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) by xxx.mail.protection.outlook.com (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) with Microsoft SMTP Server (version=TLS1_2, cipher=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) id xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx via Frontend Transport; Fri, 13 Oct 2017 18:16:34 +0000 Received: from osgeo6.osgeo.osuosl.org (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by lists.osgeo.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id xxxxxxxxx; Fri, 13 Oct 2017 11:16:32 -0700 (PDT) X-Greylist: delayed 19866 seconds by postgrey-1.35 at osgeo6; Fri, 13 Oct 2017 11:16:31 PDT Received: from xxx.outbound.protection.outlook.com (xxx.outbound.protection.outlook.com [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]) by lists.osgeo.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id xxxxxxx for <grass-dev@lists.osgeo.org>; Fri, 13 Oct 2017 11:16:31 -0700 (PDT)
(Hope I masked all possibly sensitive but no relevant information...)

I have added your outlook something server to
/etc/postgrey/whitelist_clients.local
followed by
service postgrey restart
Let's see if it helps.

Seems to be OK now (even though it was unpredictable when delay occurred)! Will re-open the ticket in case it gets necessary...
Thanks for the quick fix!
No idea on how to do this, SAC can you give a hand?
