See #2016.
It is not easy to revoke shell access from users due to a bug reported in #1786
BTW, the user record in LDAP has an outdated email record so we might want to update it too, or block it so it is just not possible to login and is not considered as a real user in case we want to contact "all users".

I removed him from the "shell group": https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/auth/ldap_shell.py But from my previous tests (documented in #1786) this is not enough to revoke shell access.
