Request Wiki Account gives HTTP 500 Error

Requesting for OSGeo Wiki account below;

​https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Special:RequestAccount results in the following error

Tried with Firefox and Chrome

Well, I've fixed the syntax error. The email confirmation link I receive has a problem but I'll file another ticket for that

I fixed the problem (not sure what strk did, but I fixed the syntax error). Sorry for delay i was just awaking here.

Jeff: I've added a "protected " prefix to the $mEmail declaration on line 17. I tought you'd be sleeping a this time ! :P

I uncommented line #6 and commented line #7.

Anyway sorry for this confusion.
