50% of marketing list messages end up in wrong category in Nabble

Description
About 50% of the messages posted to the Marketing mailing list are in Nabble.org directed to the (correct) "OSGeo Marketing committee" categorie, whereas the other 50% in Nabble.org end up in the (obsolete) "OSGeo Visibiliy Committee" category.

Fixed, I've moved all the contents of the old category into the Marketing. It should work fine now.
