Description
Trying to build maven-projects depending on osgeo maven repos I get timeouts when trying to download resources. even trying to open the main page gives a timeout and http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/download.osgeo.org says download.osgeo.org is down as well. in #osgeo strk seemd to have fixed it (reboot?) but that latste only for a few minutes/seconds - seems to be a bigger problem.

download.osgeo.org is up and running for a while, closing.

I only restarted apache, but it's still slow to respond. OSUOSL sent a warning about maintainance window and a the time of writing we're fully inside the window (2 in the 0..6 window), see http://www.nero.net/pipermail/outages/2017-April/001304.html
