GRASS trac shows in timeline (1) last commit as 70514. The following commits are ignored. 

GRASS 7.3.svn (nc_spm_08_grass7):~/src/grass_trunk > svn up
Updating '.':
At revision 70525.

Found: probem is trac env path changed but SVN hooks script still reference the old path. So broken by #1684 (to be reopened until this is fixed)

SVN hook should be fixed now. I'm not sure if a full re-sync needs to be enforced or if things will be good starting from next commit. Please report here what happens on next commit. Thanks !

The fix should be working for all the instances, did you try a new commit ?
