Install OSGeo icon on the OSGeo trac

Description
Right now the default trac icon is used, although there' a favicon.ico in /var/www/trac/html (just moved from one-dir-up) that could be used.
Seems to be just a matter of adding a directive in the commin trac.ini found in /etc/trac.
