New mailing list for QGIS South Africa user group

Description
The recently established South African QGIS User group would like to create an OSGEO mailing list to allow group members to communicate with one another. We feel that an OSGEO mailing list is the most suitable vehicle for this as QGIS is an OSGEO project and many of the members of the User Group are also users of other open source geospatial software.
We would like to use this name for the list: QGIS-ZA-user. List admin: Frank Sokolic (sokolic@…)
