Description

Since Trac 1.2 it is possible to provide custom email address resolvers (​https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/3517) to do things like LDAP email lookups. It's what we currently do with a local modification, which keeps breaking on every upgrade (#39).

This ticket is to implement the component so to drop local modifications. It is needed for upgrading to 1.2 (#1816)
