Oskari.org - request to enter into OSGeo Incubation

Dear OSGeo Incubation Committee,

This is the formal request for the OSGeo Incubation Committee to consider approving Oskari.org software into the OSGeo Incubation.

There is a preliminary agreement that Mr. Arnulf Christl be the mentor for the project through OSGeo Incubation.
