Description
We recently purchased certificates used to sign applications for use in macOS (as far as I know these are used by QGIS and GeoServer).
Separately windows 10 has started to lock down access for unsigned apps;
The GeoServer 2.10 release is held up requiring this work. I expect that QGIS and OSGeo4W projects could also benefit.

This was done already - but the certificate meanwhile expired (Nov 6 12:00:00 2019 GMT). It now needs to be renewed.
