By now, we have only a landing page but, I would like to request the http://europe.foss4g.org/2017/ URL to point to http://geolabs.fr/foss4ge-2017/.

I'm afraid it's just a matter of volunteers availability. I've setup a proxy, as it was done for 2015. Not sure this is appropriate (a proxy, rather than a redirect) - anyway you should now have something working.
I've also noticed that europe.foss4g.org redirects to europe.foss4g.org/2015, is that still good ?

It would be great if the europe.foss4g.org can now redirect to europe.foss4g.org/2017 .

https://europe.foss4g.org/2017/ looks like it is pointing to the correct pages.
About the last comment, No mention of which document and where the link is wrong.
The original ticket is fixed.
The additional comment will not be fixed
