Description

As chair of the FDO PSC, I request that I be assigned rights to upload files to the FDO OSGeo download site at ​http://download.osgeo.org/fdo/. These rights are required in order to continue a smooth and effective release process for FDO distribution files and related items.

I'll take this, and create a local account on download.osgeo.org (as opposed to a telascience LDAP account).

I have created a gregboone userid locally on download.osgeo.org, and will email greg the password.

I also created an fdo group, added gregboone, tomf, bbray and frankw to it, and changed /osgeo/download/fdo to use that group for all files, and to be group writable throughout.
