Description
PostGIS tracker is seing a growing amount of trac spam, in the form of spurious attachments with links in teh comments https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/186

Jeff do you have an example of a trac instance on OSGeo with the SpamFilter plugin enabled ?

I don't see SpamFilter listed here: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Trac_Instances#Plugins nor I can find it installed on the machine. Were you suggesting to install it for OSGeo instances to use ? I'd still like to see it in action.

SpamFilter is now installed and the postgis trac spam was all cleaned

I've enabled the "SpamFilter" plugin for other trac instances (http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/SpamFilter), is this plugin installed here?
