http://download.osgeo.org seems to be unreachable.

I have rebooted the server (it was possible to login as root), and now download.osgeo.org is working fine.
Once the nfs server is working again I will remount /home.

/home is remounted and all seems to be well.
I also restructured buildbot a bit so that it can be operated without /home mounted.

It's been down since 3:05 EDT this morning.
The last bit of info we got on #telascience was that a problem with the cooling unit at the datacenter forced them to shut down a bunch of hardware and they hope to have this fixed by end of day. My understanding is that one of the mounted drives is one one of the systems that is currently down and that seems to lock us out of the download server.
