Description
I don't know who is an active admin on the Fusion trac instance (I thought I was one), but I do not have the ability to edit wiki content.
Anyone else who's logged in may possibly have this same problem.

Nope, still no dice. I login and the page edit buttons aren't visible at the bottom of any wiki page on that instance.

jnk: you're not in the list of users with WIKI_MODIFY privileges, this is the list: pagameba, assefa, aboudreault, chrisclaydon, dmorissette, jfournier, jlacroix, sbarnes, zjames, fwarnock, jbirch, pdeschamps, zspitze
Can you contact any of them ? Do you confirm they are all committers ?
The wiki administrators are: pagameba, sbarnes, jfournier, madair, assefa, warmerdam
Are they still in charge of "fusion" ?
The (reportedly uneditable) wiki page about who is in charge of Fusion is here: https://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/wiki/ProjectSteeringCommittee To map names to uid:
pagameba = Paul Spencer [DM Solutions Group Inc.] sbarnes = Shawn Barnes [DM Solutions Group Inc.] jfournier = Jason Fournier [DM Solutions Group Inc.] madair = Mike Adair [DM Solutions Group Inc.] assefa = Yewondwossen Assefa warmerdam = Frank Warmerdam
Members of the "fusion" LDAP group (have commit access to SVN):
aboudreault assefa chrisclaydon christinebao dmorissette hubu jfournier jlacroix jng liuar madair pagameba pdeschamps sbarnes sparkliu tnolte trevorwekel waltweltonlair wbronsema wuma zhanga zjames zspitzer
As I see you in that list, I've added you in the "committers" group of the trac instance, which should give you wiki update privileges. I haven't added others as I dunno if the list is still correct. Note that you can tweak it via web using this tool: https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/auth/ldap_group.py?group=fusion while it takes WIKI_ADMIN privilege to set permissions in the trac instance.
Do you have pointers to any document/discussion/website showing government changes, if any ?

Just to add more info: the only users who are known by the trac instance (so did login in the fusion instance "recently") are:
jng, morkl (Patrik Johansson), strk, gluckett (Gordon Luckett / arrowgeo.com).

Most, if not all of the users you just mentioned no longer participate in the fusion project and they haven't for many years now.
I am merely a contributor on this particular project, so I have no PSC/management role.
Also I can see the edit functionality now on the wiki content.

The mailing list archive is also weird, I see your messages in reply to messages of others who are not shown in the archive (never reach the list?). See https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/fusion-dev/2014-September/000463.html The phantom messages seem to be known by Nabbles though, like: http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/Modify-Fusion-Single-JS-File-td5162386.html#a5162396 There must be a huge backlog in the mailing lits moderation. The lits is moderated by pspencer at dmsolutions.ca (https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/fusion-dev)
It sounds like the PSC of "Fusion" needs a reboot. Are there other real contributors beside yourself ?

Not that trac notification are supposedly fixed (#1863) all the users with wiki edit privileges should get an email. Does anyone of you still need commit access to the SVN repo @ OSGeo ?
Jackie: I see you hadn't made any change there, is this being discussed ? As OSGeo we need a clear picture about who's in charge of which project...

NOTE: the notification mail to users jfournier and pdeschamps where both refused (Relay access denied by dmsolutions.ca MX) -- other dmsolutions email went through (sbarnes, for example)

I indeed do not participate anymore in the Fusion project. It was a project initially started by DM Solutions Group around Autodesk MapGuide Open Source. Several people changed email adresses since that time so that may be why some did bounce off. Let me know if I can help clear any questions.
For a starter, I went on the https://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/wiki/ProjectSteeringCommittee and successfully edited it. I do not have the Admin rights though.

Fusion has never been an OSGeo project, just hosted on OSGeo infrastructure as a side agreement way, way back in the day. Removing myself from CC, as no longer have stake in the game.

Jackie, then it looks like an orphaned project now, in need of a new PSC, maybe you could send a call for interest on the mailing list ?
Julien: maybe you could forward the message to Jason Fournier and Paul Deschamps ?

Anyway, as wiki edit privileges are now sorted out, I'm closing this ticket.
Committers and contributors do have WIKI_MODIFY privileges on wiki pages. I've added them all in Cc. Please confirm you can edit wiki pages so we can close this ticket (21 months must be enough to fix thing..)
