Migrate Library

The old Library files need to be moved into Drupal.

Also, obviously each of these library records will require the ability to have one or more optional attachments.

Ah yes, I need to create a custom content type to hold this stuff. Taking ownership of ticket until that is complete...

The "Library" custom content type has now been created and is live on www.osgeo.org. Any project managers or administrators on the site can add new content of this type. I haven't done anything fancy to make it look pretty, but captured all the fields mentioned at beginning of this ticket.

I also prepared a simple listing of all items in the library - so far only my first test one :) ​http://www.osgeo.org/library

I also updated the links in the wiki, as Markus pointed out.

Next - we need add all the previous entries into the library - reassigning to mpg to consider adding entries.
