Description
A lot of information for initialization errors get lost on the way to the log entry made in Server.cpp line 1097.
An unclassified exception occured is not helping anyone.

I made a patch which adds ACE_DEBUG level messages for the major common causes of failed MGCoordinateSystemInitialization failed.
The improvement of such messages will be an ongoing issue I suppose.
