Description
Firing up the commit dialog in Tortoise SVN is currently a chore because it wastes a lot of time compiling a list of commmittable files, the majority of which should be ignored anyway.
These svn ignore lists should be updated. If VS or the build system produces the file or directory, it should be ignored by SVN.
