But that is a broken link.

Works for me with 7.8 online and locally with 7.9. Does this still not work for you?

2. Click the link called "display" in "See also the corresponding keyword display for additional references."
3. You will observe that it tries to access https://grass.osgeo.org/grass79/manuals/keywords.html#display but there is no such fragment #display. So we end up at the top of https://grass.osgeo.org/grass79/manuals/keywords.html
