Some pages missing from the Full Index

One would think the Full Index would contain e.g.,

• https://grass.osgeo.org/grass78/manuals/variables.html

Alas,

Yes, in https://grass.osgeo.org/grass78/manuals/index.html but not the "full" index.

Yes, the page is all modules rather than all pages. It makes sense to really have list of all pages somewhere.

Fixed in master and relbranch78. It will be in the online manual as well in 24-48hs.

The implementation in ​https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/pull/258 leads to entries being added on all summary pages and not only in full_index.html.

HTML part commented out for now, a different approach is needed how to inject this only in full_index.html.
