New d.mon doesn't allow querying

Description

When loading a layer into d.mon via d.mon wx0, clicking the query button states '"Querying is not implemented in standalone mode of map display".

This feature is particularly useful, as I work exclusively within the command line interface and the only 'GUI' feature I need is querying rasters. Even an event log would be fine if communicating back to the calling process is the issue.

Yes, I can confirm the change fixes the issue, and wx-based querying now works in an equivalent fashion to the old d.mon x0 behavior. Thanks!
