incorrect output from v.voronoi

Description

v.voronoi is generating nonsensical data. At times it appears to be generating correct output, but at other times, the data generated is corrupted. The attached data set is one such data set that triggers it to generate incorrect output.

The attached data set is a subset from a LiDAR point cloud in ascii format. Nad83 UTM 15N.

AFAICT, backport has already happened in r57819 and r57820. Output looks fine to me, now.

Can this be closed ?
