Label coordinates as "Longitude" and "Latitude"

Description
Currently, widgets display their coordinates using X, Y, Lon, Lat, etc. For consistency, change all of them to "Longitude" and "Latitude".
There are currently 3 widgets that display coordinates :
- GeoExtUX_ZoomTo
- GetMousePosition
- MousePosition
Make the according changes.

The labeling changes for the !GeoExtUX_ZoomTo widget were already covered in #465. The MousePosition doesn't show any labels. That leaves only the GetMousePosition to update.
