MapPanel, override zoomToMaxExtent control with initial zoom

Description
It would be nice to be able to override the ZoomToMaxExtent control so that it uses the initial map location defined with "centerString" or "extentString".
The InitialView widget already supports this kind of feature.
Currently, the map maxExtent is always used when using the zoom to max extent buttons.
