WFSFilterBuilder - previous filter is kept on layer change

Description

issue

When selecting a new layer to filter, since the appearance of the paging features, the widget now automatically loads records, but it doesn't get rid of the previous filter used in the previously selected layer first. The WFS GetFeature request sent thus contains a wrong filter for the init load and it fails to load anything.

solution

Make sure to purge all filters when selecting a new layer.
