WFSFilterBuilder - should not load OpenGeo css

Description

Issue

The WFSFitlerBuilder widget currently loads the OpenGeo "all.css" stylesheet, which affects more that the widget itself and thus causes several minor issues.

Solution

Take what's needed from that stylesheet and add it to the wfsfilterbuilder.css local one.
