GeoExtPrintForm - add 'mapTitle' textfield

Description

The GeoExtPrintForm currently doesn't have the possibility to change the value of the 'mapTitle' property. It's currently hardcoded to 'Print Demo'.

Mandatory change.

  • new 'noMapTitleField' and 'defaultMapTitle' options for the widget
