Installer created a gast link even thought application is not installed.

Description
Using nightly build - Also in (2.8RC0), Did a fresh installation of geonetwork and used the defaults - (which does not install GAST). When installation is complete I noticed that there is a link "Start - > Programs -> Geonetwork opensource -> Star GAST". But clicking on the link does nothing.
If it is not installed, the link should not be created.
