To whom it may concern.

I have discovered a significant issue with the performance of the CSW ISO Profile Test operation GetCapabilities within GeoNetwork v2.6.4 in a Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 environment.

Environment

  1. Windows Server 2003 x32/Tomcat 6.0.13/Java x32/GeoNetwork 2.6.4 - CSW working.
  2. Windows Server 2008 R2 x64/Tomcat 6.0.13/Java x32/GeoNetwork - CSW not working.
  3. Windows Server 2008 R2 x64/Tomcat 6.0.35/Java x64/GeoNetwork - CSW not working.
  4. Windows Server 2008 R2 x64/Tomcat 7.0.25/Java x64/GeoNetwork - CSW not working.
