Metadata viewer displays wrong values with gco:nilReason or missing children

Description ¶
gco:nilReason='missing' is supported but that template should eat any element that has only one geonet:element child as otherwise the viewer shows the wrong values
eg. <gmd:date gco:nilReason='template'/>
OR
<gmd:metadataExtensionElements/> <gmd:dataSetURI/>
Last two may be invalid XML but it looks confusing if the record is imported from another source with such things in it and viewed in GeoNetwork.
