Multilingual metadata / Warning when removing a language

Description
When removing a language from a multilingual metadata record, GeoNetwork does not remove information in that language. Then metadata record could be invalid according to its content.
What's the best option: 1) Disable language delete option when metadata record contains translation 2) Add user warning and do nothing 3) Add user warning and remove the element in that language (could be done in update-fixed-info)
