Display Bearing/Distance for segments when measuring a line

Description

This was an enhancement made by Dan in one of the previous releases of GeoMoose as a custom job for Oregon. As you measure each line segment the bearing distances are displayed in the measure tab. I would like to see the same capability moved forward into 2.6.

This is the default mode for the Measure Line tool in the current package.
