Feature report not compatible with parcels that have dashes

Description

Hello,

I noticed that feature reports do not work when the primary id [PIN] has a dash in it.

I am reporting this a major item as many counties have dashes in their pin numbers.

perhaps the same issue as #170 and need to use urlencode function?? Mark can you try?

Status: new → testing

I'm not having a problem but #170 has been applied to me locally. I just added a test case into the default parcel set.

This can be tested with PIN 037-130240001025 in the test data in the demo.

I have also tested this and it works. So I am closing it. Hope this is OK with Mark.
