Description

USGS stuff somehow has old address rather than msrmaps address. Relying on this may be a bad idea since this, ​http://msrmaps.com/About.aspx?n=AboutShutdown but it did promptly come back up after it was briefly shutdown.

revision specified in patch and applied at same directory level as usgs.map
