Description 

We need to extract depth units along with depth values in soundings shape file. 
Because some charts are in feets  and some another are in meters. So need to 
find out the units of the depth values. So please give new converter 
ogr2ogr.exe r some other.

It turns out their S-57 file had the DUNITS attribute on SOUNDG features
even though that isn't part of the S-57 spec.

I explained by email how to add DUNITS to the s57objectclasses entry for
SOUNDG to get it coming through in translations.
