Error when select Redline object

Clients when using IE 11 encounter a fusion error when attempting to select a red line object using the Select feature off the main menu versus the select button within the widget.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create multiple redline layers (3 layers), each with a circle redline entity.

2. Using the Select tool button (CHOOSE THE SELECT ARROW ICON BUTTON FROM THE MAP WINDOW, NOT the Select button in Edit Redline taskpane on the left hand side window), select the any redline from the second or third redline layer you just placed. Note: A fusion error will be thrown.

Note: Sometimes the error will not pop up right away from the steps above and the user needs to click the select button and then select in the area off the map (in the ocean, where no redlines exist).
