The fusion link to view tool or bookmark does not save the map layers that are selected by the user

Description

Using the tool "link to view" or bookmark, the link should not only store the spatial extent of the view that is saved but also it should store the map layers that are turned off and turned on. Currently, it only saves the spatial extent. This tool will really help to get users to see the exact location on a map that you want them to see and exactly the right map layers they should see. This is a "smart bookmark".

added getLinkParams method to MapServer and Generic layers. This was already supported in MapGuide

Could you please tell me how to get access to the version of fusion that has been fixed for ticket #285? We use mapguide enterprise 2010 and 2011. The link to view / bookmarking widget would really help us out. thanks
