VML support in OpenLayers 2.8 breaks Fusion in IE8

Description

IE 8 modified how VML works in IE 8 final which has broken OpenLayers/Fusion vector support. There is a patch in OL trac which fixes this behaviour.

(In [1857]) re #256, need another small fix for IE 8 to size the vector space properly by not using setAttribute for coordsize.

fixed in trunk, updated to OL 2.8 final which included the patches.
