Description
On tiled map base layer selection does not get highlighted in Sheboygan sample.
Selection Panel Displays Results and Status bar show selection, but the parcel is not highlighted.

In [1892]: fixed creation of selection layer so it's addded as the base map. Credit for the fix goes to Arthur Liu (liuar)
