Description
The case of in the current file named BETA2007.gsb (in the Dictionaries/Germany folder) does not match the representation in the appropriate .GDC file. Thus, this feature will not work properly under Linux. The name needs to be changed to BeTA2007.gsb. (This is the way the file is officially named by the German authority respinsilbe for generating/maintaining it.)

OK. In the documentation, the transformation is (correctly) referred to as BeTA2007 for "Bundeseinheitliche Transformation für ATKIS". However, if you download the .gsb file from the official site, you get a file named BETA2007.gsb. So, I suppose the name of the file as stored in the Subversion repository is correct. I'll change the name in the Geodetic Transformation dictionary so the case of all the letters is correct. Obviously, only a concern for Linux implementations.

It appears that Tortoise is not smart enough to recognize a name change, or I'm not smart enough to know how to do it. Any assistance would be appreciated.
