WW15MGH.GRD geoid height grid data file is missing from the Dictionary directory

Description

The WW15MGH.GRD data file is a grid data file which supplies geoid heights for the entire world on a 15 minute grid basis. This is essentially the data file for the EGM96 geoid implementation withn CS-MAP. This file is missing from the Dictionaries directory where it is expected to reside.
