Description

The RFC 2 submission has broken the Linux build process. It seems the library no longer converts directroy separator characters from Windows to Linux.

Added a new function, CS_gxsep, which will convert all directory separator characters in a Geodetic Transformation definition to that appropriate for the host platform. Calls to this function were added to the CS_gxrd function and the dictionary compiler. This submission produced revision 1922.
