Description
The version number stored in http://svn.osgeo.org/metacrs/csmap/trunk/CsMapDev/Dictionaries/version.txt needs to reflect the next CsMap release number which will be 13.00
The value is still the same as the latest CsMap release which is in: http://svn.osgeo.org/metacrs/csmap/branches/12.02/CsMapDev/Dictionaries/version.txt
When ready, the next CsMap release should be branched into:
