Description
Denmark has established four new systems for use in Denmark. These are based on the Gauss Kruger formulation of the Transverse Mercator, but are referred to as the Danish Tranversal Mercator. These systems need to be added tot he dictionaries.

Four systems added to coordsys,asc and categories.asc. Tests for three of these systems added to TEST.DAT. EPSG codes added to ProjectiveKeyNames.csv which was compiled to produce a NameMapper.csv which included these codes.
