NameMapper database missing EPSG code 3735

Description
The NameMapper database does not map EPSG code 3735 to OH83-SF as is appropriate. Investigation found 6 codes related to the EPSG Change 2007.035 missing. This defect reveals that the current NameMapper database is out of date with EPSG by about 4 or 5 releases, and needs to be addressed. This ticket, however, only addresses the following as a pressing client need:
The six codes added by EPSG Change 2007.035 are:
3734 -> OH83-NF 3735 -> OH83-SF 3736 -> WY83-EF 3737 -> WY83-ECF 3738 -> WY83-WCF 3739 -> WY83-WF
