Enable LAEA, NZMG and SOMERC projections

Description
Currently LAEA, NZMG and SOMERC projections are commented out in the Registry.java file. When I use the library, I need to uncomment out those projections because I have users that make use of coordinate systems that depend on them.
Can this be updated?

The code for these projections needs to be ported from PROJ4
