Description
File name manipulations are done to find AlosPalsar leader and data files by switch the file name prefix, but the manipulation is not correct. The resulting file names are corrupted, the files cannot be accessed.
It was a blocking for Orfeo-Toolbox (can't open AlosPalsar files). A patch is provided in the attachments.
