Problem with installation of OSGeo4W

Description
Hi everybody, I am a new OSGeo4w user and I have a problem with its installation. In fact, I have downloaded the installer and I choose the express desktop install mode. After that, I get this error : "Can't find setup.ini from <http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w>". Can anyone help me to fix that problem? Thank you in advance. Regards.

Hi, I've just tested the advanced mode but I still get the same error. Nevertheless, I will contact IT support team, I think it could be a problem with our institutional proxy or firewall. Thank you very much for your suggestion. Regards.

This sounds similar to #264 and could be an issue with a local proxy server (Express doesn't use proxy settings). Try using Advanced install and see if that helps.
